The app is rated 4+ on the App Store and PEGI 3 on Google Play, but it is not directed at children and is intended for adults preparing for the UK Life in the UK test. We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 9. Tracking and the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA)

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and we do not display advertising in the app on any tier (free or paid). For this reason, we do not show the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS.

The analytics data collected by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics is used solely to operate, maintain and improve our own Services. It is not shared with advertising networks or used to build advertising profiles.


10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
